Prior experience in advertising, marketing, or communications is not required, and we do not need an explanation for a gap on your resume. In fact, you don't even need a resume to apply.

  1. Review each department’s open Momtern roles and pick the role (or multiple roles) that appeal to you. 

  2. Apply in 500 words or less by telling us why you're interested in the role, what you’ll bring to the position and how your life experience supports this.
