According to a 2023 survey from Indeed, 93% of stay-at-home moms have encountered challenges when reentering the workforce. And a Harvard study found that moms were six times less likely than non-mothers and 3.35 times less likely than child-free men to be recommended for hire.
The program aims to address the employment penalty many mothers face after taking time away from work. Our goal is to celebrate moms’ unique skillsets and help them reenter the workforce with the support and empathy they deserve—no advertising or PR experience required.
